Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
* Revenue Growth: Lead revenue generation efforts through strategic pricing, sales optimization, and new business development.
* Team Leadership: Build, coach, and guide a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and solution-oriented culture.
* Client Relationships: Drive customer relationship management, retention efforts, and new business initiatives, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
* Performance Tracking: Provide forecasts, reports, and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
