Receptionist & Personal Assistant

Our Erina Accounting Firm is looking to hire an enthusiastic, organised personal assistant/receptionist to join our team.
Do you have:
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Natural ability to work efficiently and manage your time effectively.
* A high level of computer skills based in Microsoft Windows, Adobe and Microsoft Office Applications.
* Previous experience in an accounting firm (preferred but not essential).
If so, this role may well be just the role for you. Starting with administration duties, the role is tailored to quickly expand into a Personal Assistant role alongside the administration duties.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Telephony including making and receiving calls in relation to client appointments and client messages
* Compilation of client compliance paperwork
* ASIC administration
* Daily banking and mailing
* Client greeting and receipting
* Reconciliation of weekly receipting and debtor management
* Management of administration including job management and control
Our office operates at a fast pace with a high level of presentation and professionalism. All documentation storage and compilation is based on a paperless office, requiring staff to be proficient in navigating client directories in Windows Explorer.
