What you can expect in a day in this role?
In this full-time role, no two days will be the same. You’ll work across a variety of roles, including managing Reservations, assisting guests as a Porter, parking cars as a Valet, and greeting and checking in guests as a Front Desk Receptionist.
What you will bring to the role:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
* Experience with hotel reservations software RMS preferred but not essential
* Previous experience in a front office role or customer service is preferred
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* A current full manual driver's licence
* A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts
