Your leadership will play a crucial role in achieving business goals, optimising processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.SCOPE:Whilst leading the operation to ensure the continued production of quality product to a wide customer base, you will concurrently continue to fortify the strong links with the Australian agricultural community, provide solid leadership and overall accountability for site.Significant responsibility stands in overseeing all operational, distribution and financial facets from P&L accountability to risk management and mentorship. Additionally, you will:Possess the aptitude to lead & motivate a team - Providing guidance, coaching, development, support and training for warehouse, production, drivers and administrative personnel;Have familiarity working in result focused, outcome driven environments - With a comfortability analysing financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth, you will ultimately move teams toward achieving agreed business outcomes;Ensure overall compliance and quality control - Across all relevant legislation and policies pursuant to industry, coupled with providing the tools for teams to uphold contractual Service Level Agreement stipulations, quality, environmental and governing regulatory protocols.Provide overarching operational leadership - Championing a strong safety culture throughout site, preparing and presenting regular reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management and identifying process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety across site.Oversee day to day operations - Ensuring smooth production, quality control, timely distribution, collaboration with production to meet customer demand while optimising resource utilisation and minimising production costs.
