Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full Time Diamond Precast Logistics are seeking a Production Manager to ensure the smooth execution of our construction projects, coordinating between various departments, and managing project timelines and resources. This is a dynamic role as things are always evolving in our fast-paced industry and we adapt when needed to assist our clients.As the ideal candidate, you will have a background in precast concrete, working with all stages from bid preparation through to project award, procurement, production, quality control, and project completion.This is a Full-Time position to start as soon as possible.Key Duties: Planning, scheduling, and coordinating precast concrete projects from inception to completionSet daily production to ensure projects are meeting contract timelinesOverall management of factory workshop, ensuring factory supervisor meets required targetsReview and monitor labour requirements within the factory workshopLiaise between project managers, engineers, production teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignmentOversee the accurate completion of QA requirementsLiaise with shop detailers, ensuring shop drawings are accurate as per the project document and are submitted in line with project programmesMonitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on trackPrepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondenceCoordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and goods for projectsCreate and update project timelinesOrganize and attend project meetings, taking and distributing minutes as necessaryEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standardsAssist in managing change orders and contract modificationsSkills & Experience: Completing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the precast concrete industryStrong understanding of construction processes and terminologyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsKnowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes highly desirableDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracyProblem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project and Excel)Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience using AutoCAD software desirableMust have full working rights for within AustraliaThis is a full time permanent position in a friendly environment located in Naval Base.If this sounds like you and you are seeking a rewarding career with an expanding company, then please apply by sending your resume via the link below or contact us directly.As this position is for an immediate start, please only apply if you are within Australia and have full working rights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
