Tell me about this role: We’re on the hunt for an NV1 cleared whole of program Training Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This Canberra based role will play a critical part in delivering the latest in Aerospace, Radar and BMS capability. What will I be doing day to day? Plan and manage training activities through analysis, design, development and delivery activities to enable the Program and Project-specific Training System outcomes Manage the development of future Training Systems and related ILS artefacts for the Program Plan, construct and manage teams and processes for conducting analysis, design, development and delivery work to support Program and Project Training Support Systems Oversee and delegate support tasks to maintain Training System SharePoint/Web tools, scheduling of deliverables and related budgets and cost models Plan and manage Effective engagement with Program and Project stakeholders. Provide month reports and weekly status updates to Directors and Project Managers What sort of skills do I need? Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field that meet the requirements of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Demonstrated experience in Defence or ADF aligned with Capability Development and knowledge of ‘Capability Life Cycle’ Advanced MS Office skills, Objective and Defence Records Management processes. Strong communication skills, process orientated, good attention to detail Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance (ability to upgrade to NV2) What’s in it for me?
