Reporting to the Coordinator Transport Operations and based primarily out of Council’s depot at Wilberforce, these positions are new additions to our organisational structure.The purpose of these roles is to provide leadership to, and be accountable for, the performance of the day labour workforce and contractors that are responsible for the completion of maintenance programs and construction and maintenance projects on Council’s transport and stormwater assets. The Team Leaders will ensure agreed specifications are met and within agreed timeframes, as directed by the Coordinator Transport Operations. One position will primarily focus on construction related works and the other on maintenance works and projects.About YouYou will have a minimum of 5+ years demonstrated experience leading teams in operational activities in a construction or maintenance environment. You will be adept at using work management systems and have robust experience in work prioritisation.
