You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality clinical training, ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide safe, responsive, and effective support to participants with complex health needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and Competency AssessmentDeliver and assess clinical training modules for support workers, including but not limited to:Medication administrationMidazolam and seizure managementBGL monitoring and diabetes carePEG feeding, oral suctioning, and stoma careCatheter, wound, and pressure area careBowel care and use of suppositoriesTraining DeliveryFacilitate both face-to-face and virtual training sessions tailored to participant needs.Ensure all training is engaging, accurate, and aligned with best practices and compliance standards.Clinical AuditingConduct audits to assess the consistency and quality of support practices across the organisation.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Policy and Procedure MaintenanceRegularly review and update training materials, ensuring alignment with current organisational and legislative requirements.About YouYou are a Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering others.
