ResponsibilitiesAs the Growth Lead, you will be at the forefront of innovation and experimentation in a rapidly expanding business.You will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling user acquisition and retention initiatives focusing on biddable media and performance-driven marketing, particularly across Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).You'll work closely with a dedicated team of performance and growth managers to optimise customer acquisition and retention.Your background: Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.Proven experience executing and optimising new growth opportunities through creative experimentation on all digital channels.Experience collaborating with performance teams to enhance customer experiences and performance marketing campaigns.Experience in testing and analysing, and conducting A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to optimise marketing efforts.
