Cardiff, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSW About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 4WD Branch manager to join the team at Opposite Lock in Cardiff, NSW. As the 4WD shop manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the 4WD retail and service operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of the business. This is a full-time position, based in our modern Cardiff facility. What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of the 4WD retail shop and service centre Oversee a team of experienced technicians and sales staff, providing leadership and guidance Ensure all 4WD parts, accessories and services are delivered to the highest standard Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience Manage inventory, stock control and ordering to maintain optimal levels Liaise with suppliers and external partners to negotiate favourable terms and secure the best products Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support business growth Foster a positive, customer-focused culture within the team What we're looking for Extensive experience (5+ years) in a management role within the 4WD retail or automotive industry Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service Strong technical knowledge of 4WD parts, accessories and vehicle modifications Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in inventory management, budgeting and financial reporting Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders Relevant qualifications in automotive, retail or business management preferred What we offer At Opposite Lock Cardiff, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
