We are looking for a strong leader to manage a team of 8-10 across sales and marketing functions.DescriptionDeveloping service levels for all the touchpoints to create a fantastic client experience.Mentor, train, and empower team for high performance across both sales and marketing.Implementing and maintaining sales tools and marketing collateral info packs, brochures, CRM, quote template, estimate sheet, etc.Identifying sales opportunities; new segments, new clients, new or existing products, existing client opportunities.Refine the product range to suit strategic objectives.Conduct competitor analysis; What major threat or disruption is on the horizon? How can they better compete in the market?Position business in the market as the leading provider of capital equipment in their specialist area.Grow the prospect database via targeted marketing activities.Nurture prospects to provide a constant stream of Marketing Qualified Leads to the sales team.Drive utilization of existing assets via targeted campaigns.Provide insights and tools to help improve the effectiveness of the Sales Team.Manage the Brand, Value Proposition, and voice of the business.Initiate strong digital marketing content for further market engagement.Develop and constantly look to improve marketing assets e.g. Weekly Availability Report, Monthly Newsletter, SMS Alerts, etc.ProfileA background in capital equipment would be highly desired; however, it is not imperative as long as you come with a strong background in both sales and marketing B2B.
