This stand alone role will drive initiatives that align to the mission, foster and inclusive culture and ensure compliance with HR best practise.
Responsibilities include;Policy creation, review and implementation;Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, engagement, performance, and exit processes.Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award and Australian employment laws.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.Support the CEO and leadership team with strategic advice and cultural strengthening.The Successful ApplicantExperience in not-for-profit will be highly regardedExtensive experience in HR strategy and policy implementationDemonstrated knowledge of Australian employment law and SCHADS Award compliance.Proven ability to lead cultural change, enhance engagement, and drive performance.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.What's on OfferJanuary StartGenuine seat at the leadership table$140,000 - $160,000 + superannuation (depending on experience)Salary SacrificingBirthday Leave100% remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
