Reporting to the Project Officer in this versatile Project Administration role, you will be responsible for:
1. Provide admin support: records, accounts, purchases, correspondence, meetings, data entry.
2. Improve financial, HR, and admin processes.
3. Handle phone inquiries and schedules efficiently.
4. Assist project activities to ensure quality and scope.
5. Support Center and project teams with operational tasks.
6. Create accurate routine documents, maintain guidelines.
7. Follow workplace policies, focus on personal growth, and foster a diverse workforce.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
8. At least 12 months experience in a strong administration capacity.
9. Previous Government experience will be highly advantageous.
10. Proficient in administrative support for projects and policy development, with strong coordination, organisation, interpersonal, and computer skills.
11. Effective team player in sensitive, high-volume settings.
