Enthusiastic and experienced Head Chef now being hired for our busy pub in Warragul, Victoria.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes.Compliance with the hygiene practices of the restaurant.Presentation of food in an appealing manner.Keeping proper record of the inventory.Plate and check serving/portion size prior to serving.Approximating the quantities and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients required to complete the orders effectively and efficiently.Maintaining the equipment and work area to ensure that the kitchen is maintained at a specified level of hygiene.Handling the receipts for the purchases, repairs, and overall maintenance of the equipment used for daily kitchen activities.Smooth delivery of prepared food to the customers according to their orders.The candidate should have at least 2 years of full-time experience and qualification which is at least equivalent to an Australian Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or similar.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
