Requirements To be considered for this role, we require you to hold:Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged CareNDIS Worker Screening CheckNational Police CheckWorking with Children CheckFirst Aid certificate and CPRNDIS Workers Orientation (preferred)Eligibility to work in AustraliaFully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidenceCurrent full Driver's licenseCompetencies and Experience:Previous experience in a similar role - Minimum of 6 months relevant experiencePrevious experience supporting People with Disability.Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.Ability to prioritise effectively and organise own work/caseload.Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.Pay rates vary based on the day of the week & shift type, but rest assured we like to recognise our carers' skills & experience.
