A large portion of the food is made in- house and approximately 50% of the functions are plated with the rest being cocktail and buffet style. No day is ever the same- this role will be sure to keep you on your toes Locations in Rydalmere and Moore Park The position reports to the Senior Chefs and is part of the large kitchen team. On a busy day the kitchen team can be up to 140 chefs (permanent and casuals). This company is highly organised and requires a chef with a can-do attitude and the ability to be a problem solver in busy shifts. The Role and the Perks The key purpose of the role is to contribute to the catering and functions team producing food for one of Sydney’s most highly regarded venues. Prior experience with catering, banquets or busy restaurants are necessary. This role will be predominantly working 8am – 4pm. 7-day operation, you will need to be available for weekend work as these are the venues busiest days.
