Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join Calbah.
Role Overview
The BDM will drive the strategic growth and business development of Calbah, shaping our approach to new markets, client relationships, and sales strategies for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Growth & Sales Development: Lead the development and execution of a strategic business development plan aimed at expanding Calbah's market presence and achieving sales growth targets.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how Calbah can add value.
* Market Research & Prospecting: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business prospects and assess emerging trends.
* Digital Marketing & Social Media: Lead digital marketing efforts, including managing social media channels, online advertising campaigns, and product marketing initiatives to support business growth.
* Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market conditions, and business development progress to senior management.
Requirements:
* Proven Leadership Skills: A track record of effectively leading teams or projects with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience in business development within the industrial, steel, or manufacturing sectors.
* Sales & Marketing Expertise: A demonstrated history of success in network management, digital marketing, and product advertising.
* Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and execute business plans.
* Results-Oriented: Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
