The Role: Lindsay Transport is currently seeking HC Truck Drivers to join our Perth Depot on a permanent basis. Roster is Monday to Friday, weekend work available This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading transportation company and play a key part in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses every day to meet their logistics and transportation needs. Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Working with temperature controlled freight Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperwork Interacting with clients in a professional manner Working closely with Depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight. Completing essential safety documentation such as pre-start checklists About you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate: HC licence and experience in this class A commitment to workplace health and safety Previous refrigerated transport experience Container experience Reliable and punctual with good communication skills Basic Fatigue Management accreditation (preferred) A strong customer focus Flexibility with start and finish times To be successful for this role applicants must; Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test Provide a current traffic print out Be prepared to work weekends as required Be well presented, professional and reliable Lindsay Australia operates with a culture of honesty and openness.
