About the Role We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive our demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully creating and executing marketing programs that drive leads and ultimately revenue.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be an integral part of the We Brand growth team helping us scale globally.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing cross-channel growth marketing initiatives (primarily digital) to maximise demand generation across multiple customer segments and geographies. Working closely with sales, product marketing and customer success to identify opportunities, coordinate resources and implement growth plans. \Executing digital lead generation campaigns and programs with a focus on generating new sales opportunities globally. Identifying, planning, and executing participation in 1st and 3rd-party webinars, user conferences and potentially trade shows. Managing vendors and suppliers related to growth marketing initiatives.Providing budget forecasts and tracking spending to ensure campaigns are delivered within financial parameters, and with measurable ROI. Owning and managing the growth marketing campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with global business priorities. Success Metrics Campaign engagement (open rates, CTR, engagement etc)Demand funnel KPIs (volume, conversion, velocity, value)Sourced and Influenced PipelineSourced and Influenced RevenueCampaign ROI What we are looking for 4+ years experience in a B2B SaaS lead generation or growth marketing focused role. Experience in marketing technology is an advantage but not essential. Comfortable designing marketing campaigns, events, content, ad campaigns, email campaigns, social campaigns, partner programs. Experienced in creating lead generation content.Experienced in managing ad platforms such as Meta, Google, Youtube, Tiktok etc. Excellent writing and presentation skills, with an attention to detail. Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and project management skills.Strong ability to analyse data and draw upon actionable insights.Understanding how campaigns contribute to a multi-channel demand creation approach.Experience with CRM systems and major ad platforms and analytics tools desirable.
