Care Workers work as part of a collaborative team and are responsible for providing quality and professional care, wellness and health support services that encourage independence and improve the quality of life of individuals.

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEExperience:Relevant experience in Aged Care/Disability Support or Community Care environmentSkills:Ability to work in a team environment and independently;Demonstrate ability to work with limited supervision;Good time management skills;Good computer literacy skills including ability to communicate electronically via phone and emailBilingual skills are desirable with Mandarin as the compulsory language;Sound judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance or work;Strong communication and organisational skills;Desire to share interests and a passion for helping others;A kind, caring and empathetic nature with an inclusive attitude.
