Working in a friendly and large team of 65 representatives, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service in relation to energy, water, sewerage, and gas enquiries through:Responding to customer inbound telephone enquiriesResolving customer enquiries at first point of contactLiaising with customers regarding all matters relating to customer accountsProcessing clerical tasks associated with all aspects of account managementPromoting services and products to the publicOperating PC’s efficiently utilising various software packagesContributing to continual improvement within the teamYou will be offered full-time hours working on a rotating roster, 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm)The PersonYou will have excellent customer service skills and a great attitude – being passionate about providing great customer service is a must! You will have demonstrated customer service experience and be comfortable learning new computer systems and talking on the phone.
