As we continue to grow across Victoria, we’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Geelong. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with clients, builders, and internal teams across all phases of elevator installation projects. The Role: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of multiple elevator installation projects. You’ll work both onsite and in the office, managing timelines, documentation, communication, and operational logistics to ensure exceptional project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site inspections for individual projects Provide accurate and timely updates to clients and builders Coordinate and manage site deliveries Conduct handovers of lifts and document all related processes Maintain and update the internal PE IT system with all relevant project data Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures Prepare operational reports as requested Attend and document client and builder meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability Identify and report opportunities for continuous improvement and product enhancements Respond efficiently to a high volume of client emails and communications Support showroom operations including meeting and greeting clients Work closely with the installation team to support daily objectives Liaise with logistics and assist with container unpacking when needed Monitor and record spare parts inventory (as required) Attend industry exhibitions, meetings and conferences About You: Proven experience in project management (construction, building, or elevator/lift industry preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident in working both autonomously and collaboratively Tech-savvy with experience using project management systems Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, presentable and client-focused A current driver’s licence Why Join Us?
