This role will oversee a team of analysts to provide accurate financial reporting, forecasting, modelling, insights, budgeting, and robust business intelligence capabilities to drive business performance.Key responsibilities required for the role:Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Asia Pacific region, including New Zealand, Australia, and countries between Japan and Korea.Run the Period end calendar ensuing all key tasks are achieved on time and reports are accurateAnalyse financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement across the region, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs)Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support strategic decision-making in specific markets within Asia Pacific.Budgeting and ForecastingOversee the development and execution of the budget process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.Ensuring the rolling Forecast process is followed and collaborate with Sales & Production to ensure all risks and Opportunities are identified in a timely mannerChallenge leadership on performance outcomes and goals, providing data-driven insights to drive improvements.Forecast future financial performance based on market trends, economic indicators, and operational plans.Oversee the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and reports using Jet Reports, data warehouse, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP.Analyse large datasets from manufacturing outputs, market sales information, and consumer research to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the region, focusing on achieving the strategic growth objectives.Lead a team of financial analysts, including the Production & Supply Chain Analyst and Commercial Insights Analyst, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information for the Asia Pacific region.Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.Additional InformationIf you are interested in this role and feel that you would be a great fit for our team, click “APPLY NOW”.
