They are looking for someone to join their franchise team, and to grow the number of franchises and develop the network in Australia.
The Role :
* Manage the franchise sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Enhance lead generation and collaborate with cross functional teams.
* Support network growth through agent growth, mergers and acquisitions and identifying franchise development opportunities.
* Develop and execute growth strategies and campaigns.
The Candidate :
* Demonstrated success in a franchise development role in either the real estate, finance or service industries.
* Results-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Be part of one of the most established and recognised real estate brands in Australia.
