EM is on the lookout for new recruits to fill the role of Sales Representative in Textile Technologies in our Adelaide office.
This challenging role is diverse with various responsibilities including ongoing sales of a diverse catalogue of industrial textile machinery, relationship building with customers from a large diverse industry, ongoing strategy development within teams, training and education in a growing inventory database and other duties.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the textile industry.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate industrial sewing machines and supplies.Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.Attend trade shows and industry events to network and showcase products.Provide timely feedback and reports to management on sales activities and customer insights.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and support.Essential Requirements and SkillsProven experience in sales is desired, preferably in the industrial machinery or textile industry.Desirably strong understanding of industrial sewing machines and their applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.Our company offers product and industry diversity coupled with a great national team that will deliver professional satisfaction to the successful candidate.
