The Role: The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Advisor to support its dedicated workforce and drive key HR initiatives. This role will be pivotal in fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
* Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
* Provide coaching to leaders to support effective workplace relationships and increase skill level in employee management.
* Provide ongoing support for HR processes and systems such as performance feedback and development, employee onboarding, talent management and succession planning and driving continuous process improvement.
* Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
* Providing expert advice on employment legislation, compliance, and best practices.
* Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a welcoming and supportive work environment.
* Collaborating with management to identify and address workforce needs.
About the Candidate:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within the mining or resources sector.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Proven track record in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
