Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per annum plus super and commissions Permanent, Full time position

As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include:
Business Development
6. Maintain a focus on contributing to the overall growth of the business by developing and maintaining a prospective customer portfolio across strategic sales targets
7. Promote Launch Recruitment and delivers improved sales results through cross-selling activity – marketing call, client visits and industry events
Client Contact
8. Possess appropriate knowledge of roles within your specialised vertical
9. Know the client’s business and add value in a consultative manner, suggesting creative and cost-efficient solutions for staffing needs
10. Develop, agree upon, and manage appropriate recruitment strategies
11. Qualification of role and candidate specifications
12. Regularly promote Launch Recruitment services via searching for leads through existing clients and candidates
Candidate
13. Establish and maintain good relationships with candidates on behalf of Launch Recruitment,
14. Understand and manage candidate expectationsHave appropriate knowledge of the roles candidates are seeking
15. Communicate steps and time framesSourcing, screening, selecting candidates utilising all available tools
16. GeneralMarket intelligence i.e. knowledge of the job market, pay rates, etc.
17. JobAdder database maintenance i.e. Correspondence with clients and candidates is automatically captured in our Applicant Tracking System
18. Online advertising of roles using JobAdder, Seek, Linked In etc
19. Mange the recruitment process utilising the ATS (JobAdder)
20. Various ad hoc duties as required by Managing Director
About You
21. 2+ years’ experience in business management, sales, recruitment and/or marketing in a hands-on operational environment
22. Proven success in the recruitment industry with strong billing history
23. Strong business acumen
24. Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and recruitment databases
25. Exceptional communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
