Duties will include but are not limited to:Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.Set restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests.Break down and clean the restaurant.Prepare and serve barista standard coffee.Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and presentation of wine.Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery.Follow RSA government legislation requirements.Maintain cleanliness of front of house areas.Set up and break down of Functions and Events on site.About You:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.Impeccable presentation and personal grooming standards.Section waiting experience desirable.This position requires availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a variety of lunch and dinner shifts during the week.About Us:The Anchorage Hotel and Spa is a luxury resort located in the picturesque Port Stephens, providing guests with a stunning base for activities such as whale watching, sailing, exploring the local coastline, or simply relaxing by our pools.
