With services across custodial facilities, inpatient care, and community-based support, we're committed to collaborative, equitable, and comprehensive healthcare.As the CNC Roster and Recruitment, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient rostering of FMHS staff across all areas, following the ACT Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026. You'll work closely with Clinical Nurse Consultants, Managers, and the recruitment team to meet staffing requirements, ensure optimal skill mixes, and maintain safe ratios.Reporting to the Operational Director, FMHS, you'll primarily be based at Dhulwa Mental Health Unit, with opportunities to collaborate across our diverse FMHS sites, including the Alexander Maconochie Centre and City Health Centre.This role offers a great chance to contribute to the success of Forensic Mental Health Services while engaging in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
