Our Global client is currently implementing SAP SuccessFactors organisation wide and are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to support them from both a technical and functional perspective. This person will be supporting Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and will be working alongside a small close knit global SAP team who are excited to welcome another teammate. Technical Skills Strong SuccessFactors experience, with both functional and technical skills: Employee Central (Core & Time) and Recruitment modules are essential Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals are desirable KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and manage incident management processes. Triage, categorize, and resolve incidents. Maintain system security and configuration. Generate reports and monitor service levels. Coordinate with partners and maintain documentation. Stay updated on SuccessFactors HCM.
