With the recent expansion of our Clinical Services, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Community Care Registered and Enrolled Nurses in the Newcastle, Maitland and Lake Macquarie area to support our growing clinical care team. We have a strong focus on delivering quality and effective clinical services and maintaining our clients' health and independence at home, while fostering professional growth and development for our staff.

As a Registered Nurse with NDNS, you will provide exceptional nursing skills through case management, client admissions, care plan reviews and clinical care including wound care, medication management and catheter care. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide exceptional clinical nursing duties including wound care, medication management and catheter care. We are looking for Nurses with flexible working availabilities, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities Provide and coordinate direct clinical care to clients of NDNS Clinical care skills, wound care and chronic wound management Manage client information through concise documentation that supports quality service delivery Provide leadership and advice to fellow employees Current registration with AHPRA CPR (within one year) Working With Children's Check (or willing to obtain) NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain) Criminal History Check (or willing to obtain) A positive attitude and work ethic Ideally, our candidate will have Experience as a community nurse Demonstrated experience in client assessment, goal-based care plan development, implementation of care services with an enablement focus and client reviews. Concise documentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task What NDNS offer employees?
