Position: Speech Pathologist
Location: Western Sydney
Salary: $80k - $110k + Super + Salary Packaging

Responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of individuals with diverse communication and swallowing needs.
2. Conduct assessments, develop tailored plans, and provide ongoing intervention to achieve participant goals.
3. Work closely with clients, families, and carers to ensure a holistic approach, fostering social participation and optimal well-being.
4. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and behaviour specialists.
5. Participate in service planning and contribute to the growth and development of the Allied Health Team.

Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology with AHPRA registration.
10. Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, including NDIS familiarity.
11. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice.
