Project Analyst Job Description

Our client is a leading global financial institution seeking experienced project analysts to join their risk and compliance project team. This key role involves collaborating with the business and second line to deliver remediation risk programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or similar, preferably in Risk and Compliance from a Custody, Managed Investments, Corporate Trust and/or Asset Management business.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and supporting the adoption of existing project infrastructure and processes across wider project teams.
* Assisting the Program Head in oversight and governance of the Program.
* Supporting program reporting to key stakeholders and coordinating Steering Committee agenda and minutes.
* Delivering regular and timely written/verbal communications to all project stakeholders.
* Working closely with Quality Assurance, Project and Change managers to ensure timely execution and completion.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in project management or a similar field.
* 3+ years' experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
* Ability to analyze complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings.
* Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
