The role:
In this role, you’ll mentor, provide leadership, and support the administration team in providing a wide range of administrative support and services to the facility. The role is accountable for ensuring key financial and HR administrative functions are maintained, as well as being responsible for accurate and up-to-date client systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and leading by example.
The Administration Manager is also responsible for providing a stellar customer service experience to everyone entering the facility.
ARE YOU SOMEONE WHO CAN LEAD A TEAM AND STEP IN WHEN NEEDED?
About you:
* Intermediate skills in the full Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience working in Aged Care preferred
* Certificate III in Business Administration (minimum), or possess equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
* Business Systems Autumn Care and CRM experience preferred
* Understanding of Aged Care Fees RAD/DAP and RAC/DAC
* Demonstrated experience in financial administrative procedures, including petty cash, accounts payable, and receivable
* Great interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of Australian work rights
* Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
* Experience with rosters and admissions will be required
