My client, a dealer of the year for two consecutive years, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their busy team in Dandenong.

About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive high-quality service and have a seamless experience throughout their visit. You will work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure every customer is well-informed and their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and manage service bookings
* Provide quotes, updates, and information on vehicle services and repairs
* Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure timely, efficient service
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Process orders, warranties, and payments
About You
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive industry preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
* A customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Ideally familiar with ERA systems (though training will be provided if not)
* A positive, team-oriented mindset
