Managing full project cycles, candidates will demonstrate experience successfully delivering major project construction scopes in accordance with compliance, commercial, program, and budget imperatives. Successful candidates will display leadership qualities, be able to manage competing priorities whilst meeting project deadlines and be accustomed to operating under pressure.What you will do in this roleManage all aspects of project planning and delivery including construction contracts, scope of works, technical drawings and specifications, and project management plansPlan and coordinate all resource utilisation to meet production requirements, and proposing alternative delivery methodologies where requiredImplement project budgets and cost control reportingManage program and construction look-ahead to meet project milestonesPrepare production and cost control reportingDevelop procurement planning and manage suppliers and subcontractorsIdentify and manage project riskMaintain client relations and collaborate with key project stakeholdersConduct and participate in site meetingsCreate a culture of safety, efficiency and accountabilityAbout you3-5 years’ major projects experience in a Project Manager roleExperience managing civil works essential, bored piling projects is desirableExperience working on transmission line or long-corridor projects is desirableTertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or similar desirableMay suit previous small business owner in construction industryExperience working for sub-contractor with tier 1 clients preferredValid class C licence essentialConstruction Industry White Card essentialCurrent First Aid Certificate and CPR essentialSound knowledge of construction project delivery systemsGood computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and ExcelExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externallyTeam player with ability to manage and develop subordinatesAlignment with our values Client, Leadership, Excellence, Accountability & Results.The right to work in AustraliaThe ability to travel for work on a FIFO rosterWhat’s in it for youCompetitive salarySustainable “lifestyle” FIFO rosterDaily project uplift paymentJoin a fast paced and exciting industryHow to apply:Please click the “Apply” button now to register your interest in joining our team.
