TP Human Capital is recruiting for an Administration Officer – Functional Lead to support our client’s Water section. This temporary position will be responsible for managing a team of administrative professionals, improving workflows, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Employment Type: Casual (ASAP – 30 June 2025)
Hours: Up to 38 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay Level: $52.66 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the Admin Planning Team, including coordination of leave and personnel matters.
* Manage Work Orders related to Water and Wastewater operations.
* Administer standpipe hire and returns.
* Respond to complex customer concerns related to Water and Wastewater services.
* Provide expert advice and support to the administrative team.
* Maintain accurate records, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Supervise and mentor administrative staff to enhance skills and service delivery.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience: Minimum of five years in an administration role supporting a multi-disciplinary team.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Customer Service Focus: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage customer requests effectively.
* Technical Proficiency: Experience with administrative systems and records management (ECM, CES, Marvel, Property & Rating experience desirable).
* Qualifications: Certificate IV in Business or similar competency.
* Licences: Current C Class driver’s licence and ability to obtain a National Police Check.
* Commitment to Workplace Safety: Adherence to Workplace Health and Safety practices and compliance standards.
