You will be responsible for the E2E planning, facilitation, monitoring and execution of all relevant inspections of maintenance and other Project quality-related processes and procedures, in order to support both maintaining and implementing improvements to our already high standards. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will help us continue to deliver the MU90 Capability to ensure that it exceeds our Customer’s expectations.Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance: Oversee quality control processes and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Auditing and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality and safety standards and identify areas for improvement.Risk Management & Incident Investigation: Identify potential hazards and compliance risks, crafting proactive action plans and strategies to mitigate risks. Lead investigations of quality non-conformances and incidents to determine root causes.Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs on quality compliance and best practices.Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external to the Project) to ensure alignment on quality and compliance initiatives.Your Skills: Certification in Quality Management (Diploma-level certification in a quality-related Discipline is highly regarded).Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance or compliance, preferably in a maintenance environment within the Defence Industry.Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, etc.) is essential.Proven experience in auditing and risk management principles.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Intermediate computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel.Excellent documentation control/management skills WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLYAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
