Job Title: Customer Service Manager
AUD 110000 - 120000 per annum, + Superannuation. We are seeking a highly motivated leader to lead our customer service team and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team of 4.
2. Customer Enquiries: Ensure efficient handling of customer enquiries, orders, and complaints.
3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of outstanding service.
5. KPI Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
