Accounts Payable and Receivable Traineeship
This is a unique opportunity for an individual to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable and receivable while completing their Certificate III in Accounts and Administration qualification.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated trainee to join our team at Prysmian Australia in Liverpool, NSW.
* Process and pay invoices
* Reconcile accounts
* Produce end of month reports
* Process petty cash and staff expenses
* Follow up on overdue accounts
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be trained to perform a variety of tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, including:
* Providing support to the finance team
* Assisting with financial reporting
* Coordinating with external customers
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
* Have completed a minimum of Year 12 schooling with a strong performance in mathematics
* Have good communication skills
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
* Have well-developed organizational skills
* Be able to multitask with high volume workloads
* Pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen, and Police Check

This full-time contract offers:
* A 2-year contract
* A Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00am to 5:00pm
* A hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
