This includes ensuring risk items are completed, waiver / risk acceptance artefacts are authored to represent quality and followed through for approvals. Security practices are upheld by establishing cadence for work with engineers.Provides support through advice, guidance and assurance & continuous improvement activities.Supporting Infrastructure Tribe in the identification and management of non-financial risk (operational, regulatory and compliance risks) in line with Client Risk Appetite Statement, policies and regulatory obligations.Ensuring the Tribe remains compliant with all Client policies and procedures.Be a key individual in the enhancement and upkeep of our security and risk environment by liaising with both the wider security and risk functions within Technology.Set priority for Squads when related to Security and Risk related backlogs, ensuring alignment approach is on time and sustainable within the operating environment.Lead and execute Risk evidencing on behalf of the Tribe through Area Leaders and also take hands-on responsibility where possible.Monitor and track Security and Risk items and ensure timely actioning aligned to policy and procedure.Manage data quality and QA activities across systems including development of best practice guidelines.Work with IT Risk and 2nd Line of Defence teams to drive improvements to processes, tools and systems used in management of non-financial risk.Develop expertise in Bank Non-Financial Risk policies and standards to ensure compliance across the Operations business.Perform ad hoc analysis or participation in projects.Undertake controls design or testing activities.Review and provide input to policy changes or enhancements.Develop knowledge material and presentations to educate or share knowledge across the business.Acting as a valuable bridge and displaying exemplary stakeholder management, you will work with various business units, senior managers, and tech squads to ensure mutual understanding across requirements and for respective sign-offs.Seniority Level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type : ContractJob Function :Information TechnologyIT Services and IT Consulting
