The Perks Potential for advancement within the company, with pathways to management roles The property is modern and well-equipped, with access to the latest technology and resources Monday to Friday role - Keep your weekends free Opportunities for training and skill enhancement in customer service and management Enjoy strong support from a dedicated department $80k package on offer for the right candidate The Position In the role of Operations Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Assist staff and prospective residents, delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations Provide support to other staff members when issues arise, ensuring timely resolution Implement and maintain policies and procedures that ensure smooth office operations, relying on team efforts for results Address inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating a "We Care" attitude, especially regarding the education sector Surpass customer service standards to ensure a positive student experience Manage access to keys and ensure secure data management Track progress in filling vacancies and provide regular updates to management.
