After more than 30 years of dedicated service, our long-standing Accounts Payable, Payroll and Membership Officer is retiring, and we are looking for a skilled and detail orientated professional to step into this well-established role.
The role requires
* Processing of supplier invoices, weekly electronic transfer of payments to suppliers, monthly reconciliation of Supplier Statements and company credit cards, petty cash reimbursement and to provide general assistance to the Financial Controller when required.
* Weekly processing of Payroll, maintaining Employee files, reconciliation & payment of Superannuation.
* Management of Annual Membership Renewal and new membership applications.
* General Admin – Stationery orders, creating / maintaining / updating Excel spreadsheets, filing.
To successfully perform this role, it is preferred that you have a minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience in a similar role, performing the listed tasks. You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, be extremely organised and be able to manage conflicting priorities. You will be computer literate with high volume data entry skills and have a high degree of attention to detail.
The applicant should have sound Excel skills, and any experience with Attache accounting, Tanda or MiClub would be considered an advantage.
Remuneration will be in accordance with the company’s Enterprise Agreement and level of qualification and experience.
