Rosen Australia, Perth is looking for a Mechanics Technician who is responsible for the mechanical assembly of products, repairs, and tests of equipment used for various kinds of products & services and provides the associated documentation, components, and spare parts.
All assigned work must be performed in compliance with ROSEN Group quality and safety standards.What you can expectResponsible for:Preparing and assembling the mechanical equipment in accordance with drawings, parts lists, manuals, and configurations provided by Tool CustomizerVisual checking of all mechanical modulesSetting tool parametersRepairing equipment according to given instructionsChecking all equipment for completeness and correct function, in order to ensure that the equipment fulfills the job requirements as specifiedDocumenting assembled equipment in ROSEN software databases, and reporting documentation problemsProviding the required test reports and other documentationSupporting site personnelCarrying out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE guidelines and instructionsIdentifying process optimization possibilitiesWhat you will bringRequirements:Preparing and assembling mechanical equipment in accordance with drawings, parts lists, manuals, and configurationsWorking independently on mechanical tasksVisual checking of mechanical modulesChecking equipment for completeness and correct function, in order to ensure that the equipment fulfills the job requirements as specifiedDocumentation skills of assembled equipment in software databasesOrdering of parts as requiredChecking and testing of mechanical componentsCooperation skills, e.g., to work with other functions like the Tool Customizer in regards to technical topicsVisually inspecting and testing all mechanical partsPerforming basic maintenance of the ILI tool, such as replacing spare parts and consumables such as odometers, cups, PUs, sensors, sensor cables, etc.EMAT qualifiedMinimum 2-3 years experienceWhat we offerThe function enables you to become part of the team of ROSEN Asia Pacific, an organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
