Job Description Join our team as a Business Development Manager in Notting Hill, VIC, driving growth in Quality Management Systems, Cyber Security, Medical Devices, and Training. This role focuses on building strong relationships with large multi-site organizations, delivering Certification, Customized Audits, and Training solutions. You’ll be responsible for securing new business, achieving sales targets, and contributing to strategic business development across Victoria. Responsibilities includes but are not limited too: Sales & Marketing Identify and close new business opportunities with large multi-site organizations. Manage the full sales process, develop value-driven customer solutions, and achieve sales KPIs. Maintain sales records and actively market the business in line with strategy. Client Services Ensure accurate Contract Work Sheets (CWSs) and CRM data maintenance. Report on pipeline, sales plans, and contribute to continuous improvement. Business Strategy Support business strategy development and identify market opportunities. Develop growth plans and foster collaboration within the sales and support teams
