Take a step up from general reception and admin tasks into an Assistant Practice Manager role. Better known as a 2IC, this role will report directly to the Practice Manager and work side by side with them to ensure the smooth running of two neighbouring clinics. You will support the management of a close-knit group of reception staff, both permanent and casual, and a large team of over 10 GP's.

About You!
* Previous experience in a senior reception/practice management role
* MUST HAVE full working rights in Australia, no visa's or sponsorship
* Experience with Microsoft programs and Best Practice software
* Knowledge of Medicare and private health processes and applications
* Effective and efficient management of confidential information (financials and patient records)
* Create and utilise quality working relationships
