Job Title: Retail Sales Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to lead our strategy and relationship with clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of Cosentino products.
Responsibilities:
* Sales:
o Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
o Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
o Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.
o Identify and take opportunities to maximize visibility of Cosentino products.
o Optimize sales and marketing by promoting visits to Cosentino Centers.
o Work to find new points of sale.
* Customer Service:
o Ensure customers have adequate marketing materials.
o Manage customer relationships by resolving client concerns.
o Increase market share by elevating the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials.
o Plan the number of visits to clients.
o Build and maintain good relationships with clients based on mutual trust and respect.
o Attend and provide post-sale service.
* Business Intelligence:
o Prepare action plans to identify specific targets.
o Collaborate with Cosentino Corporate staff and other Account Managers.
o Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute a business strategy.
o Train in the characteristics and attributes of the product.
o Maintain data in CRM.
