THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE As the General Manager of Property Management your key focus will be overseeing the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and the financial success of our properties. You will be responsible for the leadership and management an existing team of nine, made up of both Property Managers and caretakers, as well as taken on the responsibility of recruitment of new employees. You will assess the business across technical, personnel, portfolio, resource, and process aspects, and implement strong systems to support its next phase of growth. Oversee and manage the handover process of new developments to the property management business. Reporting to the General Manager of the company, your office will be based in the northern region of South East Queensland. There will be regular local travel required. You will be heavily supported in your role by the Senior Leadership Team, while also receiving full autonomy to drive and implement change for the business to improve their current processes and achieve growth. THE EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING 5 years experience within Property Management. Experience in leadership and people management.
