Social Media Marketing Assistant - Luxury Pearl Jewellery
Our client is an established luxury jewellery brand with a celebrated heritage in fine pearl craftsmanship, specialising in high-quality South Sea pearls. With an office located in Sydney, they are known for their dedication to exceptional customer service and exquisite design. We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Assistant to elevate their online presence and engage with their growing clientele.
This part-time role combines social media marketing with in-person client engagement. As the Social Media Marketing Assistant, you'll support the brand's social media presence on platforms like WeChat and Little Red Book while also assisting with customer interactions in the showroom. This unique position provides a blend of digital and face-to-face client relations in the luxury retail environment.
About You:

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement social media strategies on WeChat and Little Red Book
* Monitor social media trends, track analytic, and respond to customer inquiries professionally
* Engage with followers, directing inquiries to the sales team as needed
In-Office
* Join in-office two days a week (Thursday & Friday, ideally from 11 am to 5:30 pm) to enhance customer service and facilitate product sales
* Interact confidently with clients, meeting and greeting them to create a warm and professional experience
* Build relationships clients and the sales team to support showroom sales
Employment Details:
* Permanent Part-Time: Approx. 20 hours per week, including 2 days in-office (Thursday & Friday, 11 am to 5:30 pm) and 8+ hours of social media work from home weekly, with potential for additional hours
* Opportunities for weekend and interstate event support
