Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace Manage and mentor a team of two reception and facilities staff Oversee front-of-house services, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment Handle procurement, purchasing, and supplier coordination Manage office facilities, liaising with vendors and service providers Coordinate office maintenance, security, and compliance with workplace safety regulations Implement and improve office processes to enhance efficiency Assist with event coordination, including internal meetings and company functions Support senior leadership with administrative tasks as required Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administration Manager in a similar role Strong leadership skills with experience managing and delegating to a team Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to oversee procurement, facilities, and office administration Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Experience managing office budgets and negotiating with suppliers Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels This is a full time, permanent opportunity, therefore full, unrestricted working rights are required.
